All tours start in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. Your package includes a shared air-conditioned van transfer from Puerto Princesa to Balabac and back.

Unlike many other tour operators, we do not spend up to an hour driving around Puerto Princesa collecting guests from different hotels. 

Our optimized pickup system uses just two convenient meeting points, allowing you to start your journey immediately. 

This means less time in the van, no unnecessary waiting, and a faster, more comfortable trip to Balabac.

You can add an overnight stay at Hotel Fersal during booking, or simply make your own way to one of our two pickup locations.

No! Balabac is a remote island destination, and you won't find luxury resorts here. 

However, we offer one of the highest levels of comfort currently available in Balabac, with modern freshwater bathrooms, high hygiene standards, comfortable accommodation, and transparent bookings. 

The accommodation you reserve is the accommodation you'll stay in—no surprises on arrival.

Yes. Balabac is a safe destination, especially with an organized tour. 

We work with experienced local guides who know the area inside out. 

As there is no public transportation between the islands and only limited accommodation available, independent travel can be difficult. 

An organized tour is the safest and most convenient way to experience Balabac.

Yes. An overnight stay on Onok Island is included at no extra cost for selected 4-day/3-night tours (subject to availability). 

However, based on guest feedback, we generally do not recommend it. Accommodation is very basic, with tent camping, limited or saltwater showers, simple toilet facilities, and a noisy generator at night.

Every tour includes a daytime visit to Onok Island with Lunch at Onok Island, giving you plenty of time to swim with sea turtles, see the giant clams, and explore the island. 

You can also decide during your trip whether you'd like to stay overnight, but we recommend keeping your expectations realistic regarding the facilities.

We recommend packing light, as your luggage will be transferred by van and boat.

Some destinations look different depending on high or low tide, and the order of visits may change.

Yes. We provide 24/7 Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the resort. 

As Balabac is a very remote destination, the connection may occasionally be slower or experience interruptions. 

During island hopping tours, internet access is limited or unavailable due to the remote location of the islands.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. 

At the end of the booking process, you can easily pay by credit card using our secure Wise or Revolut payment link. 

The remaining balance can be paid online before your trip or in cash at check-in.

Yes. Booking changes are possible, subject to availability and may incur a change fee. 

Cancellations are subject to our Terms & Cancellation Policy. Please review the policy before confirming your booking.

The best time to visit Balabac is from November to May, when the weather is generally sunny and the sea is calmer. 

Tours also operate during the rainy season, but itineraries may change depending on weather and sea conditions. Your safety always comes first.

Balabac is a remote destination, and the journey takes time. 

We recommend staying at least 4 days / 3 nights to experience the islands properly.

While 3 days / 2 nights is possible, the itinerary is very tight. If the weather affects one day, you'll miss many of Balabac's highlights. 

For a more relaxed and complete experience, we recommend staying 3 nights or longer. You can easily book your preferred package directly on our website.
